Letter B as in Butterfly Preschool Theme

Today we talked about the Letter B following Confessions of a Homeschooler's Alphabet printables that are based around butterflies.
Here are some of the activities that went along with the letter B printables.
This is a lacing card.  There is a capital letter, lower case letter, and a butterfly one corresponding with the butterfly.  So far, my son has liked to do the lacing cards first.
Here is a tracing card.  I like these because they are nice a big for little ones just starting to learn how to use a pencil and trace.
My son loves to paint so I let him paint the butterfly coloring page.
He also painted the letter B.
We also visited www.starfall.com to do the letter B activities there.  I plan to do that with each letter of the alphabet.

We also sang our little song "The B say b.  The B says b. Every letter makes a sound the B says b."

Here are some more butterfly/caterpillar ideas.

We kind of went backwards here, but we will be talking about caterpillars this week as well with the "Very Hungry Caterpillar" by Eric Carle and doing the letter C as in Caterpillar activities.

The Letter B

Since what I have unpacked is alphabet items from Confessions of a Homeschooler that is what we have been working on.  Friday we talked about the letter B.  My son named all the words he could think of that started with the letter B and I wrote them on our whiteboard.
