Independence Day

We will be out of town for the 4th of July weekend so I did a couple of small activities with my son today. I had a few things that went with the holiday in my box full of resources so I used them. We colored and cut out a puzzle and did it together and we also built an Uncle Sam face. It was a good opportunity for us to talk about the colors red, white, and blue and the body parts of Uncle Sam's face. www.stepbystepcc.com has a ton of great ideas and a list of links if you are looking for some 4th of July activities to do with your toddler or preschooler.
