Today was a low-key preschool day. We read "Horton Hatches the Egg" and talked about what it means to be faithful and how Horton was faithful throughout the book.
Then we made a paper plate elephant. You can find a template at Seussville.
This little activity came from a pack I found on What a Teacher Wants. He decided if he could mix two animals together he would have a monkey and an elephant.
My little one wanted a turn showing off the book we read today too.
