Simple Christmas Tree Chain

We are getting ready to put our tree up.  I decided to have my boys help me make a paper chain to go around our tree.

First they helped me pick out some different colors of construction paper.  I cut the paper into strips.

 Then my boys decorated the strips of paper using markers and stickers.

 Then they helped me staple the papers together and we made a chain.

Since we haven't put our tree up yet I don't have a picture of it on the tree.  This is super easy for kids and adds a personalized look to your Christmas tree.
