Math- Color by number Ground Hound
Science/Cooking- Talk about what Ground Hog's day is
Gross Motor/Music- pretend to be ground hogs and "pop" up out of different places
Art/Fine Motor- Ground Hog pop up (scissor practice)
Letter "U"
Language Arts- make "u"s using play doh
Math- Rainbow Color matching and umbrella puzzle
Science/Cooking- make sandwich into U shape
Gross Motor/Music- Go under or up things
Art/Fine Motor- decorate an umbrella (precut by me)
Letter "W"
Language Arts- Read "Where the Wild Things Are" by Maurice Sendak
Math- Wild Things Counting
Science/Cooking- Measure water with measuring cups
Gross Motor/Music- Sing "Who's Afraid of the Big Bad Wolf"
