| Science/Cooking | Make Cereal Trail Mix (you can make up your own trail mix) |
| Music/Gross Motor | Sing Bingo spelling out name- works for a five letter name |
| Art/Fine Motor | Car Tracks |
| Language Arts | Write name using playdoh |
| Math | Count how many letters there are in your name using the playdoh letters |
| Science/Cooking | Squish bags using playdoh |
| Music/Gross Motor | Sing "Popcorn Popping" |
| Art/Fine Motor | Practicing opening and closing hands with science activity and song |
As you can see you don't have to do anything big and grand. Most of these activities take only a small amount of preparation on your part if any at all, yet they are still wonderful things to do with your child.
Here is a video of a couple of kids doing the song if you need to learn the actions. I don't know these kids, it's just something I found on www.youtube.
I hope this format is easier to follow and understand than how I posted yesterday!
