Berry Smoothie
What you need:
1 1/2 c milk
1 c frozen berry mix
(mine was a mix I bought at Wal-Mart)
1/2 c vanilla yogurt
1 c spinach
1-2 tsp. sugar
Blend all of your ingredients in the blender. Pour into glasses and serve. *I add spinach to get some greens in my kiddos diet.
Today my 2 year old was all about his smoothie (he generally is), my four year old wouldn't drink his though. I just can't win. :)

Jilly loves green smoothies. Although she makes a huge mess when she has one. Yesterday she dumped most of it on my carpet. I'm glad she likes them but I gotta figure out how let her have one without having to clean my carpet!
P.S. I love your Kids in the Kitchen idea!
