Gingerbread Boy Ornaments

We haven't gotten our Christmas tree up this year yet, but my boys and I are working on decorations for it. Today we made some gingerbread boy ornaments. It is easy and fun, however it takes around two days for them to dry. After they dry, we will decorate them and hang them on our tree. Make sure you don't let your child eat them! Here is the recipe:

1 1/2 cups of cinnamon
1 cup of applesauce
1/3 cup of glue

Roll out and use gingerbread man cookie cutter. I make sure to put a small hole in each so we can hang them on our tree. Put them on a cooling rack and allow it to dry for 2 days or until they are dry.
